STATEMENT-1: The physical equilibrium is not static but dynamic in nature.
STATEMENT-2: The pysical equilibrium is a state in which two opposing process are proceeding at the same rate.

We know that, at equilibrium the rate of forward reaction is equal to the rate of backward reaction. As a result, the concentration of reactants and products become constant. But this does not mean that reaction stops at equilibrium, there is still continous change is reactants into products and vice versa. Therefoe, we can say that equilibrium is alwats dynamic in nature.
