Cork cambium forms tissues that form the cork. Do you agree with this statement? Explain

Lithium ion has smaller size and has a strong positive field around it. So it can combine with small size anion like oxide ion `(O^(2-))` of strong negative field.
`4Li+O_(2) overset("Heat")tounderset(("Lithium monoxide"))(2Li_(2)O)`
Sodium ion `(Na^(+))` reacts with oxygen and forms sodium peroxide. due the bigger size and weaker positive field around `Na^(+)` ion, it can only stabilizes peroxide ion `(O_(2)^(-))` of weaker negative field.
`2Na+O_(2) overset("Heat")tounderset("Sodium peroxide")(Na_(2)O_(2))`
K, Rb and Cs react with oxygen and form superoxide. it is because of their large size and very weak positive field. they can stabilize only anions of very weak negative field, i.e., superoxide anion `(O_(2)^(-))`.
`K+O_(2) to underset("Potassium superoxide")(KO_(2))`.
