Which disease is caused due to hole in the ozone layer and why?

Skin carcer is caused due to hole in the ozone layer. It is because of the depletion of ozone layer, the ultraviolet radiations coming from the sun can easily pass through the stratosphere. These UV radiations easily reach the surface of the earth. Due to increase in exposure to ultraviolet radiations on the earth, the chances of skin cancer increases.
