Why does the horse rider fall forward when a running horse suddenly stops ?

Explanation

During the motion of bus, the passangers are also in the state of inertia of motion. When bus is suddenly stopped then lower portion of body comes to rest but upper part of body of the passangers maintains same state of inertia, this causes the passangers to fall forward on sudden stop of bus.
