What are the advantages of seed drill?

Seed drill is used for sowing with the help of tractors. The advantages of using seed drill are,
(i) It sows the seeds uniformly at proper distances and depths. This prevents overcrowding of plants and allows plants to get sufficient sunlight, nutrients and water from the soil.
(ii) Sowing by using seed drill saves time and labour.
