How do bats navigate in dark?

Explanation

Bats emit sounds from their mouth or nose. When these sound waves hit a near by object, it produces an echo that is then bounced back to the bat which allow them to detect obstacles in their path. Thus, bats use echolocation to navigate and find prey in the dark.
