Why should coal and petroleum be conserved?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Today coal and petroleum are the chief sources of energy. Since, these are non-renewable resources, they should be conserved and used with frugality so that their sustainability may not be disturbed. If they are used less and conserved, they will last for a longer time since they cannot be formed in near future. Once they are over, we will have to manage only with the alternative sources of energy.
