Using velocity time graph, establish the relation `s = ut + (1)/(2)at^(2)`, where the symbols have their usual meanings.

A

B

C

D

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The correct Answer is:
A

As, `s = ut + (1)/(2) at^(2)`
S0, this is quadratic equation in t and quadratic equation has parabolic graph
Also, at t = 0, s = 0
So, graph will pass through origin, which is only shown in option (a)
