The type of food eaten also depends upon the region where a person lives because availability of food is different at different region or places, depending upon the soil, climate and culture of that particular place. For example, people living in Punjab prefer to eat chapati with pulses and vegetables, whereas people living in Tamil Nadu prefer to eat dosa and idli along with sambhar.
