Yellow , Blue , Red
Yellow colour corresponds to 4 Blue colour corresponds to 6
Red colour corresponds to `10^(2)`
Fourth band is absent.
`therefore` Tolerance is `20%`
So `R=(46xx10^(2)+-20%)Omega`
