When will you say a body is in : uniform acceleration ?

When a body travels in a straight line, and its velocity increases by equal amount in equal intervals of time, it is said to have a uniform acceleration.
Examples : (a) A body falling freely under gravity has uniform acceleration.
(b) A ball moving down an inclined plane has unifrom acceleratio.
