Why does the sun looks red at the time of setting ? Explain on the basis of colloidal properties.

At the time of setting, sun is at horizon light emitted by sun travelles a long distance iii our atmosphere. As a result blue colour of light is scattered by dust particles in the atmosphere and only red colour is visible.
