In the circit show in the figure E_1 = 3V, E_2 = 2V, E_3 = 1V and the resistances R = r_1 = r_2 = r_3 = 1Omega . Find the potential difference between the points A and B and the current through each branch.

In the circit show in the figure E_1 = 3V, E_2 = 2V, E_3 = 1V and the resistances R = r_1 = r_2 = r_3 = 1Omega . If r_2 is short circuited and the point A is conneted to the point B, find the currents through E_1,E_2 and E_3 and the resistor R

In the given figure R_1=5 ohm , R_2=20 ohm , R_3=10 ohm , R_4=20 ohm and a 10 V battery is connected to the arangement. Calculate the total current flowing in the circuit.

The measurement of an unknown resistance R is to be carried out using wheatstone bridge(see Fig. EP 3.10). Two students perform an experiment in two ways. The first student takes R_2 = 10 Omega and R_1 = 5 Omega . The other student takes R_2 = 1000 Omega and R_1 = 500 Omega . In the standard arm, both takes R_3 = 5 Omega . Both find R = R_2/R_1 R_3 = 10 Omega within errors.

In the given figure R_1=5 ohm , R_2=20 ohm , R_3=10 ohm , R_4=20 ohm and a 10 V battery is connected to the arangement. Calculate the total resistance in the circit?

Consider the following circuit: R_1=R_2=R_3=R_4=R_5=2ohm What current will flow in the circuit?

A cell of emf E and internal resistance r is connected to external resistance R_1 and R_2 and a perfect ammeter. The current in the circuit is measured in four different situations. without any external resistance in the circuit with resistance R _1 only with R_1 and R_2 in parallel combination with R_1 and R_2 in series combination the currents measured in the four cases are 0.42 A, 1.05A, 1.4A adn 4.2 A, but not necessarily in that order. Identify the currents corresponding to the four case mentioned above.
