A coil of negligible resistance and inductance 0.02 henry is connected in series with a wire of zero inductance and resistance 12 ohm. An alternaitng e.m.f of 130 volt and 40 Hz is applied. Calculate the current, potential difference across the resistance and the angle of lag.
