A. 1. He/She has to get elected to the Lok Sabha within six months.
B. 2. He/She cannot declare the government's policies only in the Rajya Sabha.
C. 3. He/She cannot take part in the voting when a vote of no confidence in under consideration
D. 4. He/ she cannot take part in the budget deliberations in the Lok Sabha .
