`Ce = 1/40 = 2.5% `

` therefore x xx 4.16 +x xx 3.33 + (x-4) xx 2.5 = 100 `
` rArr` 7.5x + 2.5x-10 = 100
` rArr 10x = 110`
` rArr x=11`
