A swimmer swims from a point A against a current for 5 minutes and then swims backwards in favour of the current for next 5 minutes and comes to the point B.If AB is 100 metres , the speed of the current (in km per hour) is :

तैराक की चाल तथा धारा की y
`therefore` धारा की अनुदिश चाल = x + y
धारा की विपरित चाल x - y

तथा धारा के साथ 0 से 8 तक पहुँचता है।
`therefore` P + 100 = (x+ y)5
(x-y)5 + 100 = 5x + 5y
10y = 100
`therefore` y = 10 m/m
`(100/1000)` `xx` 60 Km/h
= 0.6 Km/hr
