D

At last folded piece upper side is cutted with triangular shape and the bottom side is cutted with semi circle shape . So,when we unfold it ,we will get three full circle inside the paper as two semicircle helps to make a full circle. And only two triangular cutted shape will be there on the paper both upper side and bottom side.
D is correct choice.
