Stereoisomers are actually configurational isomers. Thus, they might be diastereomers (geometrical/optical) and enantiomers (mirror image non-super imposeable). Stereoisomers are not constitutional isomers, thus, can.t be tautomers, positional. Since, conformational isomers deals with bond rotation without change in configuration, thus, stereoisomers can.t be conformational isomers.
