f=12 cm and d=25 cm ltbr. For maximum angular magnification the image shoud be perduced at least ditance of clear vision.
v=D=/25cm`
`Now 1/v-1/u=1/f`
`rarr 1/v=1/u+1/f`
`=1/(-25)-1/12`
`=-(25-12)/300=-300/37`
`rarr U=-300/37=-8.1cm`
So the object should be placed at 801 cm away from the lens.
