`f_1` first overtone of a closed organn pipe
`P_1=(3v)/(4I)=((3xxV)/(4xx30))
`=f_2=` fundamental frequency of a open organ pipe
`P_2=(V/(2I_2))`

`rarr I_2=20cm`
`:. length of the pipe `P_2` will be 20 cm.
