We have `sqrt((-x^(2)+4x-3))gt6-2x`
This inequation is equivalent to the collection of two systems of inequations.
i.e. `{(6-2xge0),(-x^(2)+4x-3gt(6-2x)^(2)):}` and `{(6-2xlt0),(-x^(2)+4x-3ge0):}`
`implies{(xle3),((x-3)(5x-13)lt0):}` and `{(xgt3),((x-1)(x-3)le0):}`
`implies{(xge3),(13/5ltxlt3):}` and `{(xgt3),(1lexlt3):}`
The second system has no solution and the first system has solution in the interval `(13/5ltxlt3)`.
Hence `x epsilon (13/5,3)` is the set of the solution of the original inequation.
