`A=3, B=-13, C= 5 and D= 21`
` therefore (t_(24))/(t'_(24))=(3(2xx24-1)-13)/(5(2xx24-1)+21)=(128)/(256)=(1)/(2)`
`therefore t_(24):t'_(24)=1:2`
