The value of the resistances are
`R_1 = 2 Omega, R_2 = 1 Omega, R_3 = 2 Omega, R_4 = 2 Omega, " and " R_5 = 1 Omega`
The effective resistance of `R_1` and `R_2` which are connected in parallel is
`1/(R_(P_(1))) = 1/R_1 = 1/R_2`
` = 1/2 + 1/1 = (1+2)/2 = 3/2`
` R_(P_(1)) = 2/3 Omega`
The effective resistance of `R_4` and ` R_5` which are connected in parallel is
`1/R_(P_(2)) = 1/R_4 + 1/R_5`
` = 1/2 +1/1 = (1+2)/2 = 3/2`
` R_(P_(2))= 2/3 Omega`
The effective resistance of the circuit is
`R_s = R_(P_(1)) + R_3 + R_(P_(2))`
` R_s = 2/3 + 2 + 2/3`
` = (2 + 6 +2)/3 = 10/3 = 3.33 Omega`
