(i) What are the conditions which occur due to lack of ADH and insulin? How are the conditions different from one another?

ADH:
Deficiency of ADH causes a disorder called diabetes insipidus.
Deficiency of ADH reduces reabsorption of water and causes an increase in urea output (polyuria). This deficiency disorder is called Diabetes insipidus.
Insulin:
Deficiency in insulin causes Diabetes mellitus.
Inulin deficiency increased the blood sugar level (Hyperglycemia), excretion of excess glucose in the urine (Glycosuria), frequent urition (Polyuria) increased thirst (Polydipsia), increase in appetite (Polyphagia).
