Write the various steps involved in cell suspension culture.

Cell suspension culture is the procedure through which growing of plant cells with either single cells or an aggregates of cells in liquid medium. In this method , the cell suspension is prepared from a portion of a callus by transferring it in a liquid medium and agitated constantly in a rotary shaker instrument. The cell separated from the callus can be used for cell suspension culture in suitable medium.
