How is milk converted into curd ? Explain the process of curd formation.

The milk is converted into curd by Lactobacilli, which digest the milk protein casein. When the milk is inoculated with little amount of curd, which contain million of bacteria, the milk is converted into curd under suitable temperature `(le40^(@)C)`.
