Why does ozone hole form over Antarctica?

Ozone hole occurs over Antarctica because of special atmospheric and chemical conditions that exist there and no where else on globe. The very low winter temperatures in the antartic stratospheric cause polar stratospheric clouds (PSCS) to form, which in turn cause ozone hole.
