What are the components of transport system in highly organised plants?

The main components of transport system in plant are :
(i) Xylem,
(ii) Phloem.
(i) Xylem : It consists of vessels and tracheids. Xylem helps to conduct water and minerals from soil to the leave.
(ii) Phloem : It consists of sieve tubes and companied cell. Phloem helps to transport food materials from leaves various parts of the plant. This process is called translocation.
