A study suggests that as India's Jewellery market matures, it is expected to get more organised and the share of family jeweller is expected to come down. The family jeweller segment is the largest segment of the market and hence most likely to be impacted by these changes. Family jewellers will have to bring in new practices and range of designs and customisation of Jewellery would differentiate the players. Currently, organised retailers areenlarging the pie but the traditional players are not feeling the impact yet.
