Putul.s rank from the left end `=15^(th)` Putul.s rank from the left end after shifting 4 places `=(15+4)=19^(th)`

Putul.s rank from the right end after shifting `=8^(th)`. So, total number of children in the row `=(19+8)-1=27-1=26`
