Lalbabu.s rank from the left end `=26^(th)` So, Dhirendra.s rank from the left end `=(26-10) = 16^(th)` [`because` Dhirendra is 10 places to the left of Lalbabu]

Santosh.s rank from the left end `=12^(th)` or, `20^(th)` [`because` Three boys between Dhirendra and Santosh] i.e., `16-(3+1) or 16+(3+1)`. So, the exact rank of Santosh can not be determined. So, the given data are inadequate.
