ii) Antacids contain bases like aluminium hydroxide, milk of magnesia.
iii) The bases in the antacids neutralize the gastric juice hydrochloric acid in stomach and give us relief from acidity.
iv) Hence, I appreciate the role of bases in helping the person suffering from acidity.
