In Delta PQR measure the lengths PQ and ...

In `Delta PQR` measure the lengths PQ and QR as well as `angleQ`. Now, construct a triangle with these three measurements on a sheet of paper. Place this triangle over `DeltaPQR`. Are the triangles congruent? What criterion of congruency applies over here ?
