Given number :
The third, fifth and eighth digits = 2, 8 and 8 respectively
Possible three-digit numbers formed with these digits
= `"289 298 829 892 928 and 982"`
But perfect square = 289 only. i.e. `(17)^2`
So, Required two-digit odd number = 17
Therefore, second digit of 17 = 7
