Angular momentum for rotation is
`L = Iomega........(i)`
Here I is moment of inertia and `omega` is angular velocity.
Now, by quantization of bohr orbits, angular momentum of an electron is `L = (nh)/(2pi)…….(ii)`
By equations (i) and (ii)
`I omega = ( nh)/(2pi)`
By principle of homogenety
`[ (h)/(I) ] = [omega] = T ^(-1)`
