Hypothalamus secretes gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) which stimulates the anterior lobe of pituitary gland to secrete LH (Lutenising hormone) and FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone).
LH stimulate Leydig cells and causes the secretion of testosterone from the testes.
FSH stimulates Sertoli cells of the testies to secrete an androgen-binding protein (ABP) that concentrates testosterone in seminiferous tubules. It also causes the secretion of some factors which help in spermatogenesis.
