What will be the result if the cells of onion peel and RBC are kept in hypotonic solution seperately ?

The cell initially swells because of endosmosis as the concentration of cell sap is greater than that of the external environment.
In case of onion peel, the cell wall prevents the entry of water after some time. Hence, it does not burst.
However, RBC bursts due to the absence of cell wall and such protective mechanism.
