Structural and functional units of nervous system are neurons/nephron.

Neurons are considered to be the structural and functional unit of nervous system. It consists of three parts.
Dendrites-Receive impulses.
Cyton—Cell body which receives impulses from dendrites.
Axon-Takes away impulses from cyton. All the three parts are interconnected with each other for the transmission of nerve impulse. Hence, neurons are considered as structural and functional unit of nervous system.
