Some antibiotics act on the bacterial cells by attacking their cell covering. This results in killing of bacterial cell. The cells of the host tissue also possess plasma membrane. Therefore, the antibiotic works in the same manner on the neighbouring cells. As a result, the cells get damaged partially and the person feels weak.
Hence, the correct option is (c).
