Replacing chemical fertilizers by organic manure is good for soil more than plants. Explain.

Chemical fertilizers give required nutrients in correct proportion and help in the growth of the plants. But they increase the pH of the soil and make it alkaline in nature and lose its lustre. Whereas the organic manure helps maintain the soil fertility and is biodegradable but it breaks down according to nature.s rule and releases the nutrients slowly, even the nutrients ratio is unknown. Hence, using organic manure helps to maintain soil health in long run.
