Using direct relation,
`(t_(99.9%))/(t_(1//2)) = (log((100)/(100-99.9)))/(0.3)`
`:. (t_(99.9%))/(t_(1//2)) = (log10^(3))/(0.3) = (3 log 10)/(0.3)`
