What is meant by Homosporous and Heterosporous pteridophytes ? Give two examples.

1) The plants which produce only one kind of spores are called homosporous. Ex: Psilotum, Lycopodium.
2) The plants which produce two kinds of spores, macro or megaspores and microspores are called heterosporous.
3) Ex: Selaginella, Salvinia.
