Sink : The medium which reacts with pollutants is called sink. Ex : Sea water is a big sink for `CO_(2)`.
Receptor : The medium which is affected by a pollutant is called receptor. Ex : Eyes of drivers of two wheelers (or) four wheelers when they are stopped at signal centres.
