For any solution the partial vapour pressure of each volatile component in the solution is directly proportional to its mole fraction.
Mass of water `=2` gm.
Moles of water `= (2)/(18) = 0.11` (M. Wt. of `H_(2) O = 18`)
Mass of `H_(2) SO_(4) = 98` gm.
Moles of `H_(2) SO_(4) = (98)/(98) =1`. ( Mol. Wt. of `H_(2) SO_(4) = 98` )
Moles fraction of `H_(2) SO_(4) = (1)/( 1, 0 + 0.11) = 0.9`.
