to the floor of the elevator=(9.8+0.2)`=10ms^(2)`
If t is time of the desent then `5=(1)/(2)xx10xxt^(2)`
`therefore` t=1 second .If s is the displacement then
`s=-ut+(1)/(2)"gt"^(2)" "S=-3(1)+(1)/(2)(9.8)(1)^(2)`
