The ratio of the orbital speeds of two satellites around the earth is
`(V_(01))/(V_(02))=sqrt((R+h_(2))/(R+h_1))`
Where `h_1 and h_2` are the heights of the satellites
In this problem `h_1 = 6400km,h_(2) = 19200 km`
R = 6400 km.
`(V_(01))/(V_02)=sqrt((6400+19200)/(6400+6400))=sqrt((25600)/(12800))=sqrt2/1`
