If a positively charged body is brought near a negatively charged body or an uncharged body, there exist a force of attraction.
So the attraction is due to oppositvely charged body or chargeless body.
If a positively charged body is brought near a positively charged body there exist a force of repulsion. Thus repulsion is the sure test of elecrification.
