Conductors: Substances which allow electricity to pass through them are known as conductors. All metals, human body and the earth are good conductors of electricity. The charge carries in metal conductors are free electrons.
Insulators: Substances which do not allow electricity to pass through them are known insulators. Glass, rubber, plastic etc., are insulators.
