(i) Peptide linkage : The amide linkage
`(-overset(O)overset(||)(C )-NH-)` formed between two `alpha`-amino acid molecules with the loss of a water molecule in a polypeptide is called a peptide linkage.
(ii) Bio catalysts : Biocatalyst is the use of natural catalysis, such as protein enzymes to perform chemical transformations or organic compound. Both enzymes that have been more or less isolated and enzymes still residinh linving cells are employed for this task.
